2. Products & Orders

2.1 Made-to-Order All items are custom printed after purchase. This means production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

2.2 Product Descriptions We strive to display colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

2.3 Availability All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

2.4 Order Confirmation Once you complete checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we've received your order — not that it's been dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment
