  • You receive the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design)
  • Your order is lost in transit and doesn't arrive

Just reach out within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll sort it — either with a free replacement or a full refund. Your choice.


Size Issues

We know sizing can be tricky online. That's why we provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Please measure carefully before ordering — we can't offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
